Orders placed on the website are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days from the payment approval date.

Delivery times vary according to the shipping method:

• Home delivery by courier: up to 14 business days from the moment the package leaves

• Self-collection from the store: available after receiving a notification, during store operating hours

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed when placing the order.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies and/or factors beyond its control, including congestion, logistical delays, strikes, weather conditions, force majeure, or the customer's unavailability for delivery coordination.
